Ashley A. Cox, MS is a graduate of the College of Health & Human Sciences at Western Carolina University with her bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as her masters in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in management.

Ashley has unique experience aiding individuals, families, and institutions establishing and maintaining wellness and nutrition programs. Ashley has a passion for weight loss research, health care policy, and management. She is known for helping others obtain health goals and creating community across diverse organizations.
